Sinead Fitzsimons recently presented U-Protein at the Innovation pathways for the Irish plant-based food sector using sustainable locally sourced ingredients event held in Teagasc Ashtown on the 7th April 2022. The key objective of this event was to raise awareness among key stakeholders in the primary production sectors about wider food (food-related) opportunities and to cultivate linkages between primary producers, processors, food ingredient companies, researchers and other stakeholders.
